Privacy Policy
This notice explains how the Arburton website handles information supplied through its enquiry and collaboration forms. Last updated 24 October 2026.
Who to contact
Arburton Limited is responsible for the information collected through this website. You can contact us at 8 Churchill Court, 58 Station Road, North Harrow, Middlesex, HA2 7SA; by telephone on 0203 355 7433; or by email at info@arburton.com.
Information you provide
A service enquiry includes your name, email address, chosen service and message, plus your telephone number if you provide it. A collaboration application includes your name, email address, Instagram handle and follower range, and information about yourself. Twitter details and a website or blog address are optional.
We also receive the page from which the enquiry was submitted. Our hosting and spam-prevention services process technical information, such as your IP address and browser information, to deliver and protect the website.
How the information is used
We use enquiry details to understand and respond to your request. Where you ask us to arrange a service, our basis for processing is taking steps at your request before entering a contract. For general correspondence and collaboration enquiries, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to people who contact us. We also have a legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and preventing misuse.
Fields marked as required are needed to handle the form submission. If you prefer not to use a form, you can contact us by telephone or email. We do not use these forms to make automated decisions about you.
Submitting either form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or marketing list.
Hosting, email and spam protection
The website uses Cloudflare for hosting, email delivery and Turnstile spam protection. Enquiry messages are sent to the Arburton team by email. Your email address is included as the reply address so the team can respond directly.
The website does not keep a separate database of submissions. Copies are held by the email systems used to send and receive them. Cloudflare's email-preview feature currently keeps a copy of sent messages for approximately seven days. Hosting and security logs may contain technical request information.
See Cloudflare's privacy policy for information about its processing.
Cookies, analytics and Google Maps
Cloudflare Web Analytics provides measurements of website use and page-loading performance. Cloudflare describes this as cookie-free analytics that does not use browser storage for analytics or track visitors across websites. See Cloudflare's explanation of its analytics. This website does not load advertising tags.
Turnstile is used to check form submissions for abuse. There are no website customer accounts, public comments or online checkout.
The contact page loads its Google Map only after you choose “Load map”. Opening the map or following the Google Maps link connects your browser to Google, which handles information under its own privacy policy.
Storage and retention
The retention of enquiry correspondence depends on whether it is still needed to answer your request, manage a resulting service or relationship, or meet contractual, accounting or legal requirements. Contact us for information about the correspondence we hold about you or to request its deletion, subject to any applicable requirements to retain it.
Cloudflare operates internationally and may process information outside the UK, including in the United States. Its Data Processing Addendum describes its transfer arrangements, including standard contractual clauses and the UK addendum where applicable. You can read those safeguards at the linked page or contact us for more information about the providers used for your enquiry.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct or erase your information, restrict or object to its use, and receive certain information in a portable format. Contact info@arburton.com to make a request. These rights are subject to applicable law.
Your right to object: You can object to processing based on our legitimate interests by contacting us at the address above. We will consider your request in accordance with applicable law.
You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
Updates
We may update this notice when the website, its forms or its data-processing arrangements change. The latest version will be available on this page.
